1. To develop conceptual design, prepare illustration & adaptions, supervise design of printed and online materials.
  2. To conceptualize with mock-ups and design marketing and collateral materials, visual aids, promotion tools such as flyers, newsletters, printed ads, bunting, banner etc.
  3. To design and manage digital screen contents (still images and motion videos)
  4. To provide photography and videography services as needed, including editing
  5. To assist in managing content and community of company social media channel (facebook)
  6. To provide marketing support and administration for various marketing campaigns.
  7. Ready for any other ad-hoc duties assign by Superior.

  1. Preferably a Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  2. Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  3. Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & basic knowledge on Web design, iMovie and Cut Studio software will be added advantages.
  4. Ability to express ideas clearly, feedback, follow-up and meet datelines
  5. Able to multitask and to interact with people from all levels, internal & external.
  6. Must be fluent in Spoken and written English, Chinese & Bahasa.


  1. Promote company product – window film for either automotive industry or commercial & residential area and any other product that introduced by company.
  2. Liaise closely with car showroom sales advisor or targeted customer to achieve sales target.
  3. Attend to sales enquiries, prepare sales documentations including quotation.
  4. Ensure all sales data are updated.
  5. Establishes good customer database by providing relevant consultation & advice.

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma in any field
  2. Required language(s) : English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  4. Required skill(s) : Sales & bargaining skills. Also has the ability to convince targeted customers with minimum supervision.
  5. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales – retails or equivalent. Junior with experience is also encouraged to apply.
  6. Applicant must be willing to work in Klang Valley.


  1. There should be a close liaison between the credit controller and the marketing /sales department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly.
  2. Checking customer's credit situation
  3. Deciding whether or not to offer the credit
  4. Setting up the terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balances
  5. Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans
  6. Assist in the setting up of the credit control system & ensure a particular customer does not exceed credit limit set.
  7. Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
  8. Meet cash & debtor day targets set by the Firm
  9. Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
  10. Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary
  11. Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
  12. Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
  13. Provide accurate advice on billing queries
  14. Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
  15. Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables
  16. Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
  17. Undertake account reconciliations as required
  18. Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
  19. Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time
  20. Develop the credit management capability within the practice
  21. Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Superior
  22. If any customers stop paying or pay late then it's your responsibility to stop the providing services, start legal action to collect the money owed (if necessary) and in the case of bankruptcy you'll have to report to your higher management about the strategies to make sure you can recover what you can.
  23. You are expected to regularly review the company's debt recovery procedures.

  1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of related working experience in credit control & collection function.
  3. Able to work under pressure & under minimum supervision.
  4. Conversant fluently in English, Malay & Chinese (added advantages)
  5. Able to negotiate for payment effectively.
  6. Must be able to work at Subang Jaya & 5 1/2 working days.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Internet.
